Shipping Policy

Your order is very important to us and we do our best to process all orders within 24 hours but some orders make take up to 72 hours to process. All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. Five Bar Motorsports LLC utilizes several different shipping carriers and we cannot guarantee which carrier will be utilized to deliver your order. Orders may be shipped from multiple locations in different packages. Delivery addresses cannot be altered after an order is placed, no exceptions will be made to this, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. To prevent fraud, any order over $500 will be shipped with a signature required for delivery and three attempts will be made to deliver the order, if the order is not signed for the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Special order items are typically made as they are ordered and may be subject to extended lead times, if you cannot wait, please contact us for an estimated delivery date prior to ordering. If you need a shipping quote or have questions regarding the cost(s) of shipping an order, please contact us by phone or email prior to ordering. Five Bar Motorsports LLC’s shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Five Bar Motorsports LLC does not ship non-CARB legal products to the state of California. No exceptions.

Returns Policy

• Any returns or exchanges will be honored within 30 days of original purchase unless stated otherwise/herein. Returns must be requested by contacting our customer service team prior to returning an item(s). If an item is returned without an RMA being issued by our customer service team, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping and handling fees or their return may be denied.

• All returns must be in new condition.

• All returns are subject to restocking fees up to 15%. Customers will be notified of restocking fees prior to an RMA being issued.

• No returns will be accepted on any of the following items: Custom built items, special order items, wheels, tires, custom tunes, tuning devices, or fluids/chemicals. No exceptions will be made.

• Refunds: Refunds will only be made to the original method of purchase. Credit card refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process, please be patient. Refunds can also be made in the form of an in-store gift card.

• Return shipping labels can be provided by our customer support team but fees will apply.

Terms & Conditions Agreement

By purchasing a product from www.fivebarmotorports.com & Five Bar Motorsports LLC, you are agreeing in full to the following terms and conditions. The agreement below constitutes the only legal agreement between you and Five Bar Motorsports LLC and supersedes all previous agreements, warranties, statements, or understandings pertinent to any products sold by Five Bar Motorsports LLC. Five Bar Motorsports LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without specific notice to you, and the most current form of this agreement will be published on this webpage.

DISCLAIMER: By purchasing this product from Five Bar Motorsports LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions in their entirety.

INSTALLATION: The installation of any product sold by Five Bar Motorsports LLC may or may not void your vehicle’s factory warranty, and it is the responsibility of the end-user to verify this with their vehicle’s manufacturer. Five Bar Motorsports LLC is not responsible for the failure of any product installed by the end-user and Five Bar Motorsports LLC strongly recommends a professional technician install the products they sell.

CONDITION OF VEHICLE: Five Bar Motorsports LLC assumed that the end user’s vehicle is in good working order and has been inspected by a professional to ensure it is capable of handling the additional power/performance generated by installing any product purchased. If the end user’s vehicle is not running properly after installation of a tuning product purchased from Five Bar Motorsports LLC, it is the sole responsibility of the end-user to return the vehicle back to stock form and notify Five Bar Motorsports LLC immediately of the issue.

OFF-ROAD USE ONLY: All items sold by Five Bar Motorsports LLC are intended for OFF ROAD USE ONLY and should never be used on public roads, streets, or highways. By purchasing product(s) from Five Bar Motorsports LLC, the end-user is agreeing that they are aware of these products being sold for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. End users should ensure that they are educated on all federal, state, and local laws regarding emissions, noise, and operation of motor vehicles prior to ordering.

INDEMNIFICATION: By purchasing a product from Five Bar Motorsports LLC, the end-user agrees to indemnify Five Bar Motorsports LLC, their officers, employees, partners, and legal team of any and all liability related to any violation of these terms and conditions.

Privacy & Legal Policy

All products sold by Five Bar Motorsports LLC are intended for off-road use only and should never be used in the streets or highways. Customers are encouraged to check their state and local laws prior to purchasing products from Five Bar Motorsports LLC. Five Bar Motorsports LLC is not responsible for any client’s failure to comply with federal, state, or local laws regarding motor vehicles. Five Bar Motorsports LLC strongly recommends components be installed by professional, competent technicians.
